All our pieces are handcrafted & require 5-7 business days for production. If you need an item faster, please contact us and we will try to accommodate your request based on our current stock and production scheduling.


We offer free shipping for orders over 100€.

For orders under 100€, the shipping cost is:

5€ for payment methods: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer – delivery in 1-2 working days from day of shipment.
7€ for cash on delivery – delivery in 1-2 working days from day of shipment.

38€ – delivery in 3-5 working days from day of shipment.

EU COUNTRIES – via Hellenic Post
9€ Standard mail – delivery in 7-10 working days from day of shipment.

We offer free Standard mail shipping for orders over 300€.


Once a product is selected and added to cart you will receive a quote based on the destination the product is to be shipped – delivery in 3-5 working days from day of shipment.

NOTE¨¨: If your order is being shipped outside EU, you may be asked to pay customs duty and other import taxes in order to receive your order. The shipping company will notify you that your online shop order is being held at your country’s customs and also of the amount you need to pay to the local customs agency. There could be a delay in delivering your order if you don’t pay the charges immediately. Paying any customs duty and/or import taxes is the customer’s responsibility and the local authorities will hold your order until you have paid the charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot inform you about what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you make an order, to avoid any unexpected charges. If for any reason you don’t pay the import or duty charges, then we have the right to charge you for any additional costs that might be charged to us because of this.


As the deliveries are handled by external partners, delivery times are just estimations and therefore, cannot be guaranteed by the Company. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. BOX addresses.

Our jewellery leaves our hands in pristine condition and we make every effort so that you receive them in the same condition. If, however, there is obvious damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept the delivery and notify us as soon as possible.

Please also try to take a photo of the damaged package, if possible. We will subsequently contact our courier partners to investigate and inform you of the next steps.

Returns Policy

You may return the item delivered to you within 15 days upon delivery date without stating any reason. Note that all shipping return costs are to be paid solely by the customer and please contact us before you send it back, in order to advise you of the best shipping method based on your country (so as to avoid extra charges e.g. custom charges etc). You will receive a refund equal to the returned item’s value, within 2-3 days after the item is delivered to us. All items should return to us unused. We will not accept any items that are damaged or soiled and we may send them back to you and/or a refund will be refused.

Please note that we only accept returns for products ordered via our e-shop and shipped. In case a product is ordered on line and picked up from our Showroom, we only accept exchange of the product with a different one and a refund is not possible.

Replacement Policy

Any comments on the piece/s you have received via our e-shop will be accepted within 24 hours after the piece/s were received, based on the courier tracking number information and will be handled case by case, including replacement requests. We will not accept any replacement requests after 24 hours from the piece/s delivery.
