Shipping, Returns & Replacement Policy

Shipping

All our pieces are handcrafted & may require up to two weeks for production. Should you wish an earlier delivery, please don’t hesitate to conatct us and we’ll be pleased to review available stock and production scheduling to see how we may assist.

GREECE – via ELTA COURIER and XP COURIER (ATTICA)

• We offer free shipping for orders over 120€.

For orders under 120€, the shipping cost is:

• 5€ – delivery in 1-3 working days from day of shipment

• Same day delivery can be arranged for Attica region upon request and with an extra charge.

EU COUNTRIES – via DHL COURIER
• 30€ – delivery in 3-5 working days from shipping date

• We offer free DHL shipping for orders over 1.000€.

NON EU COUNTRIES – via DHL COURIER

• Once a product is selected and added to cart you will receive a quote based on the destination the product is to be shipped – delivery in 3-5 working days from day of shipment.

NOTE¨¨: If your order is being shipped outside EU, you may be asked to pay customs duty and other import taxes in order to receive your order. The shipping company will notify you that your online shop order is being held at your country’s customs and also of the amount you need to pay to the local customs agency. There could be a delay in delivering your order if you don’t pay the charges immediately. Paying any customs duty and/or import taxes is the customer’s responsibility and the local authorities will hold your order until you have paid the charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot inform you about what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you make an order, to avoid any unexpected charges. If for any reason you don’t pay the import or duty charges, then we have the right to charge you for any additional costs that might be charged to us because of this.

GENERAL INFORMATION

As the deliveries are handled by external partners, delivery times are just estimations and therefore, cannot be guaranteed by the Company. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. BOX addresses.

Our jewellery leaves our hands in pristine condition and we make every effort so that you receive them in the same condition. If, however, there is obvious damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept the delivery and notify us as soon as possible.

Please also take a photo of the damaged package and send it to us by e-mail. We will subsequently contact our courier partners to investigate and inform you of the next steps.

Returns Policy

You may return the item delivered to you within 15 days upon delivery date without stating any reason. Please note that all shipping return costs are to be paid solely by the customer and please contact us before you send the item back, as we can arrange the shipping details with DHL on your behalf at a day and time that is convenient for you. The shipping cost charged for the original delivery (if applicable), as well as the return shipping cost, will be deducted from the total refund amount. Also note that we do not accept returns shipped via standard mail.

You will receive a refund equal to the returned item’s value, within 2-3 days after the item is delivered to us. All items should return to us unused and in the original packaging. We will not accept any items that are damaged or soiled and a refund may be refused.

Please note that we only accept returns for items ordered on line and shipped to the customer. Items ordered on line and picked up in-store, are eligible for exchange with another item. Refunds are not offered for these orders.

Replacement Policy

Any comments on the piece/s you have received via our e-shop will be accepted within 24 hours after the piece/s were received, based on the courier tracking number information and will be handled case by case, including replacement requests. You can send us your comments by e-mail at info@danai-giannelli.com, or you can call us at (+30)210 6722471.

We will not accept any replacement requests after 24 hours from the piece/s delivery.
