In New York!

The experience in a few words: four days presenting my work in the Museum of Arts and Design in New York and ten days spent in the most exciting, challenging and sexiest city in the world!

It’s not only about the dream trip, about walking in these streets and eavesdropping the vibes of people’s dreams from around the world, it is also about achieving to present your own passion and tell a bit of your personal story, in a unique art place in the center of the world.

So, together with 26 other Greek Jewelry Designers and the team of “A Jewel Made In Greece”, we showcased different aspects of Contemporary Greek Jewelry on the 7^th floor of MAD.

It’s always a beautiful challenge for me, talking to people I don’t know, about my inspirations, about little details of my jewelry and the reasons behind them, about the beach where I picked the original sea shells for By the Sea Collection

And when a chic Manhattan lady who lived just opposite the museum, came back to find me only a few minutes before the end of the event, because “she couldn’t take her mind off the Chromata bangle she didn’t buy” with the rest of the jewelry “she fell in love with”, that was the best closing for this journey..
